About the Role:

We are looking for a confident, friendly, and well-organised Part-Time Showroom Receptionist to join our Citroën dealership. You will be the first point of contact for customers and play a vital role in supporting both the Sales and Aftersales teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys working in a busy, professional environment.

The hours are 9.30am - 2.30pm Monday to Friday but these can be flexible for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers to the showroom and provide a positive first impression.
• Handle customer enquiries in person, over the phone, and online.
• Support the Sales team by updating new and existing customers on orders, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Liaise with the Aftersales team regarding service bookings and customer updates.
• Manage incoming calls and ensure enquiries are directed to the appropriate team member.
• Maintain a tidy and professional reception and showroom area.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and customer records.
• Provide general customer hospitality to enhance the overall showroom experience.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience a bonus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident using phone systems, email, and basic IT software.
• Professional appearance and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment.
