Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and customers. This role requires a strong commitment to quality and an ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Duties

  • Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, and communal spaces.
  • Ensure all surfaces are cleaned and sanitised, including floors, windows, and furniture.
  • Manage waste disposal effectively and ensure recycling protocols are followed.
  • Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs to management.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
  • Provide excellent customer service by being approachable and responsive to client needs.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
  • A valid driving licence is advantageous for roles requiring travel between locations.
  • Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with clients and team members.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
