The role:

  • We are seeking to hire a French-speaking Actuarial Analyst to join our dynamic and successful EMEA team with a focus on MEA region.
  • This role is based in either our London (City) or Dubai office and offers an exciting opportunity to develop your career in a highly commercial environment.
  • As part of this role, you will gain exposure to a wide range of Property & Casualty (P&C) lines of business, including Customised/Alternative solutions, Specialty Lines, and Life reinsurance deals.

How You'll Make An Impact

  • Conducting risk analysis and modelling of clients' portfolios, including complex multinational groups.
  • Designing and evaluating risk management strategies and reinsurance structures.
  • Performing valuation and pricing of reinsurance contracts, structured insurance solutions, and capital market products.
  • Delivering presentations and strategic advice to senior management of insurance clients.
  • Participating in renewals, tenders, and ad-hoc projects.

About You

  • Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Academic background ideally from actuarial science or data analytics.
  • Relevant industry experience within insurance/reinsurance is advantageous but not essential.
  • Analytical thinker with good problem-solving skills in non-standard scenarios.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
