Responsibilities- Conduct thorough inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with building regulations and standards.

- Issue permits and certifications for construction projects that meet regulatory standards.
- Investigate and resolve any reported issues or non-compliance matters on construction sites.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, assessments, and compliance reports.

Requirements:
- Registered Building Inspector (RBI) certification.
- Proven experience as a Building Control Surveyor or similar role in the Architecture & Construction industry.
- Class 3 qualification in building control or a related field.
