A brilliant GP surgery in Gosport, Hampshire, part of a well drilled and genuinely supportive PCN, is on the lookout for a long term Locum Advanced Nurse Practitioner or ACP. The rate goes up to £50 per hour depending on experience, which is not bad for a job where you will not spend your day putting out fires someone else has created.
We have partnered with this client for years and they only bring people in when they truly need them. Right now they are seeking an experienced ANP or ACP prescriber to strengthen their same day and routine team. Expect a calm structure, sensible workloads, and a team that manages to be both friendly and competent, which feels increasingly rare these days.
They are rated GOOD by the CQC, have consistently strong QOF results, and work on Emis Web.
Package for locums:
