HGV class1 Delivery driver

Company Background

North South Retail ltd (NSR) supply a wide range of premium brand food concepts and solutions to the foodservice markets throughout Ireland. Due to a significant new sales and distribution partnership, NSR are looking to recruit a Class 1 HGV driver to make deliveries to our own depots in Limerick and Dublin from Belfast and to larger customers on the island of Ireland. We have our own fleet of vehicles including sleeper cab and trailer.

Job Responsibilities

· Delivering Frozen food products to retail and foodservice customers in Ireland

· Plan call route as efficiently as possible

· To provide our customers with an exceptional service

· Carry out daily vehicle checks using agreed check sheet and report any defects to the Warehouse Manager.

· Ensure all notes, proof of delivery, and credit notes, end of day documentation is returned and signed on a daily basis

· Following Company's health and safety procedures

Preferred Skills

· Class 1 Licence and must be older than25

· Minimum 12 months experience as a Class 1 delivery driver

· Excellent customer service skills

Package

· Salary £15.00 per hour depending on experience, normally 40- 48hr week with early morning starts, Monday – Friday, 28 days holiday, pension and uniform. Immediate start.
