Our Bank Care Assistants are incredibly important as they provide support to enable us to provide cover for annual leave, sickness, and training. We appreciate you may not always be available for shifts and are happy to fit within your home schedule.​ We have a range of shifts includung 8 hour day shifts and 11-hour Night shifts, we also have shorter day shifts to accommodate people with family responsibilities

Weekly hours will vary in accordance with staffing requirements. Payment is paid weekly via BACs.

Duties for both Day and Night Care

  • Preparing breakfast and giving it to clients and helping clients who need help in eating to do so.
  • Assisting clients upon waking and helping them with personal hygiene and dressing.
  • Making sure residents' rooms are kept tidy.
  • Assisting the Housekeeper with cleaning.
  • Assisting with laundry when required.
  • Participating in activities with the residents.
  • Providing our residents and visitors with refreshments.
  • Ensuring clients have sufficient toiletries.
  • Assisting catering staff with the preparation of food.
  • Smiling and listening to our residents and creating a homely space.
  • Keeping a record of care for all our residents using the Mobile Care Monitoring system (training will be given).
  • Ensuring the external doors are secure at all times.

Pay: £12.51-£13.28 per hour
