Position Summary
You will be the data detective of our regional marketing campaigns, analysing
performance, uncovering insights, and providing recommendations to optimize strategies and drive success across the EMEA region. Reporting to the VP, Marketing EMEA, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing Services and Artist Marketing teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and ensure alignment with overarching objectives and key results (OKRs). You will be a data storyteller, a performance enthusiast, and a champion of data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Analyse performance data from Regional marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social, and owned platforms) to identify trends and
opportunities.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting tools to track key
metrics and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Marketing Services and Artist Marketing teams to provide
data-driven recommendations for campaign planning and execution.
- Define performance thresholds for campaign prioritization, ensuring resource
allocation aligns with regional marketing objectives and OKRs.
- Deliver post-campaign reports (PCRs) that outline results, key learnings, and
strategic recommendations for future initiatives.
- Ensure campaign measurement methodologies align with governance standards and contribute to quality control across the region.
- Stay informed on industry trends, analytics tools, and best practices to improve reporting capabilities and efficiency.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing analytics and campaign measurement within
music, entertainment, or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of marketing data sources, analytics platforms, and reporting methodologies.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and familiarity with SQL, Python, or similar languages for advanced analysis.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work across multiple campaigns and
priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with EMEA markets and cultural nuances, plus experience working on global or multi-market campaigns.
