We are looking for an experienced and talented Senior Hotel Receptionist to join our fantastic venue.

The Role:

As Senior Hotel Receptionist, your role will include:

  • Deliver warm, personalized, and discreet service to every guest, setting the tone for a luxury experience
  • Handle all phone and in-person interactions with elegance, efficiency, and attention to detail
  • Ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes that feel effortless and refined
  • Maintain a pristine, inviting reception area that reflects a high standard of excellence
  • Manage all correspondence and guest information with care, discretion, and precision

The Person:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in front desk or guest-facing roles within a luxury or high-end environment
  • Exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • A naturally outgoing personality, service-first mindset and a passion for delivering personalized, five-star experiences
