We are currently recruiting for a Fleet Administrator to come and join our team on a 13 month fixed term contract.

We are offering a basic salary of up to £12.21 per hour plus excellent company benefits.

This role will involve making sure invoices and taxing vehicles are completed accurately and on time. You will be creating vehicle and customer records and facilitate the development of an accurate, clean customer database and vehicle history. You will continue to deliver the highest level of satisfaction to internal and external customers. You will also be responsible for ordering vehicles on the factory, organising subcontract work and progressing the order through to point of delivery.

For this role, we are looking for someone who has experience in administration, data management, excellent organisation skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Motor Trade experience would be beneficial as well as experience using Kerridge.
