Senior Town Planner (Multidisciplinary Consultancy) – Leeds City Centre

My client is looking for an experienced Senior Town Planner with a positive 'can-do' attitude to join their established planning team. You will be working on projects across a plethora of sectors, some of which include residential, commercial, mixed-use, industrial and renewable energy; the variety on offer is what makes this role a great option for somebody looking to make the next step in their career.

Collaboration is at the heart of everything this company does and in this role, you will work alongside an array of consultants from different disciplines as well as having the opportunity to work on schemes across the UK - city centre regeneration, housing developments, solar farms, offices and other high-profile schemes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Preparing planning appraisals
  • Supporting senior consultants on larger projects
  • Managing smaller projects
  • Attending client meetings
  • Liaising with internal and external consultants
  • Attending network events and building relationships with existing clients
