We currently have two exciting opportunities for fluent Welsh-speaking Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools in Llanelli and Carmarthen, supporting learners in vibrant Welsh-medium environments.

About the Roles:

We're looking for enthusiastic, confident individuals to join our team of Cover Supervisors, with immediate opportunities available in:
  • A Welsh-medium secondary school in Llanelli, and
  • A Welsh-medium secondary school in Carmarthen.
As a Cover Supervisor, you'll step into the classroom when the regular teacher is absent, ensuring continuity of learning and maintaining a positive, engaging atmosphere for pupils. This is an excellent opportunity to build valuable classroom experience - ideal for aspiring teachers or anyone looking to develop their career in education.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • Fluent Welsh language skills (spoken and written) - essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The confidence to manage a classroom and maintain a positive learning environment
  • A proactive, adaptable approach to working across different subjects and school settings
  • A genuine passion for education and supporting young people
  • Experience working with children or young people (in a school or other setting)
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one through us)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
