Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensuring the safe and punctual transportation of passengers between Belfast (Northern Ireland) and Glasgow (Scotland), adhering to all road safety regulations and traffic laws. This includes planning routes, ensuring proper vehicle maintenance, and monitoring weather conditions to guarantee a smooth journey.
• Providing excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, offering a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, addressing any questions or concerns during the trip, and ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the journey.
• Use own initiative daily.
• Checking passengers on board through our phone app booking system.

Knowledge, skills and experience required

• Up to date documents: CPC Card, Drivers License, Digi Card & Passport
• Access NI or equivalent for Scotland/UK
• Previous experience with coach driving
