What You'll Do:

As the Learning & Development Lead, you will:

  • Design & Implement
    : Collaborate with technical and leadership teams to create blended learning programs that align with strategic goals.
  • Lead Programs
    : Own the end-to-end delivery of impactful learning initiatives, including onboarding, leadership development, and compliance training.
  • Innovate
    : Stay ahead of learning trends and technologies, promoting a culture of agility and curiosity across diverse teams.
  • Evaluate Impact
    : Utilize data and feedback to assess program effectiveness, continuously improving learning experiences and reporting on ROI.
  • Develop Talent
    : Support high-potential talent and contribute to the Leadership Academy, shaping future leaders in a competitive environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience
    : Proven background in L&D within high-performance sectors such as tech, engineering, aerospace, automotive
  • Design Skills
    : Expertise in creating engaging digital and face-to-face learning experiences.
  • Stakeholder Management
    : Strong ability to manage complex relationships and programs, ensuring inclusivity and scalability.
  • Data-Driven Mindset
    : Experience in learning analytics and measuring impact to drive continuous improvement.
  • Communication Skills
    : Excellent facilitation, influencing, and collaboration abilities.

  • Experience in technical or engineering environments.
  • Coaching qualifications or psychometric accreditations (e.g., MBTI, Hogan).
