Job Title: Mandate Monitoring Analyst

Working style: Hybrid 50% home/office based

We have a great opportunity to join us in our Operations team as a Mandate Monitoring Analyst where you'll play a key role in supporting the Front Office.
You'll help monitor client and regulatory rules across RLAM portfolios, working closely with top fund managers and gaining high exposure to the Front Office.

About the role
• Undertake Pre- and Post-Trade monitoring of all RLAM portfolios using our existing Order Management System: Aladdin – investigating potential breaches.
• Conduct regulatory disclosures for takeovers (FCA, Takeover Panel) and large shareholdings (SEC)
• Interpret, code and test applicable rules for our portfolios using industry best practices and feedback from the business
• Support our fund launch process by working with Investment Support, Derivative Operations, Distribution, the Front Office and many more teams
• Work with our Trustees & Depositories to ensure that potential breaches are reported, classified and investigated appropriately.
About you
• An industry related degree such as Maths, Finance or equivalent.
• Up to 1-2 years of experience within the Investment Management or related service provider industry desirable but not essential.
• thinkFolio, Aladdin, Charles River or other Order Management System experiences would be desirable, but not essential.
• Some historical coding experiences, exposures and interest.
• Highly numerate, good problem solving skills.
• Keen, inquisitive and a good communicator
• Good rapport and relationship building ability
• Achievement of or willingness to study for IMC levels 1 and 2.
