You'll be the go-to leader on shift, ensuring our teams are supported, our customers are delighted, and our operations run smoothly. You'll work closely with the Store Manager to deliver a brilliant shopping experience and ensure our store is a great place to work.

What you'll bring:

  • Experience in a supervisory or team leader role, ideally in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
  • Confidence in handling customer queries and team challenges.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
