About Mylz

Mylz is building the fair way to travel. We help people design trips and book instantly, with AI that keeps pricing transparent and trustworthy – Travel, verified.

Role: AI Research Intern – Pricing Verification

Run structured, human-in-the-loop tests across public AI travel agents (e.g. ChatGPT apps) to compare responses to the same trip intents. Document price and policy claims, cross-check against reference sources, and feed results into our
verification loop
that powers user-facing "Verified by Mylz AI" badges.

What you'll do

  • Manually run sessions across agents, capturing prompts, replies, timestamps and metadata
  • Log price, availability and policy claims, then validate against reference sources
  • Maintain spreadsheets/notebooks and a weekly results dashboard (hit rate, variance, latency)
  • Produce one mini case study on a chosen route showing claims vs receipts/policies
  • Keep methods reproducible and ToS-safe (no scraping, no hidden APIs)

What you'll learn

  • How to evaluate agentic systems using repeatable rubrics and clean experiment logs
  • Practical benchmarking for search quality, pricing transparency and explainability
  • How findings translate into
    user-facing verification badges
    and product copy

Ideal profile

  • Analytical, organised, clear writer
  • Confident with spreadsheets; basic Python or SQL is a plus
  • Curious about LLMs/agents, marketplaces and pricing accuracy
  • Self-starter, comfortable working async and remote
