Are you an experienced driver, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating a force for good? We are looking for a delivery driver to help with delivering items to our valued customers on a daily basis.

First Mile is London's leading recycling company, helping over 30,000 customers meet their sustainability targets and improve their recycling rates. We collect over 50 streams of waste and have a zero to landfill policy, to ensure everything gets reused and recycled in some way.

Job Description

As a delivery driver, you will regularly be delivering items to customers on a daily basis. This can range from First Mile bags, to coffee boxes for coffee recycling, and also bins for customers to use. This role will also involve collecting used sacks and boxes and returning them to the yard for sorting and distribution.

Each delivery round operates on a Monday to Friday basis, starting at 7am and lasting 9 hours, With a 45 minute unpaid break on top of this. You will start and finish your round at our operations depot in North Acton

- Valid UK Driving License with 6 points or less

- Experience of driving in a city

- Passion for delivering excellent customer service

- A strong work ethic

- Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and the customers on your round

- Happy with some heavy lifting

- Strong English language skills
