Our Trainee Mortgage Adviser / Paraplanner position is ideal for someone who's confident, motivated, and ready to learn. Whether you're looking for a career change or your first real opportunity to break into the finance world, you'll be supported every step of the way.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Guiding clients through fact-find calls to understand their needs
  • Accurately recording and processing client information
  • Working closely with experienced advisers on real cases
  • Delivering excellent customer service via phone, email and text
  • Taking your first steps toward CeMAP 1 qualification (fully supported)

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent spoken and written communication - This is essential
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a desire to learn
  • Strong multitasking and organisation skills
  • Confidence and clarity in dealing with clients
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM systems
