Role Overview

As a Window Cleaning Technician, you'll represent Swash Cleaning on the front line — delivering an excellent service experience for every customer.

Daily duties include:

• Collect and return your assigned company van each day
• Complete the vehicle checklist (mileage, fuel, water tank level, and condition)
• Download your digital day plan and follow the route in order
• Perform residential window cleaning using pure-water, water-fed pole systems
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at each job
• Report any vehicle, equipment, or route issues promptly
• Complete end-of-day logs before returning the van

Requirements

Full clean UK driving licence (no points or endorsements)

Eligible to work in the UK

Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Positive attitude and good communication skills

Uniform & Equipment

• Provided by Swash: Branded polo shirt, jacket, cap or beanie, and umbrella
• You provide: Plain black work trousers and safety boots
• All tools, cleaning equipment, and vehicle supplied by the company
