We are seeking an exceptional leader to join us as Assistant Director (AD) of People, Culture & Communications. This newly created role is pivotal to supporting our transformation agenda and building a high-performing, values-led organisation.
What the role will include:
As AD of People, Culture & Communications, you will:
- Provide strategic leadership across HR, organisational design and development, learning & development, talent management, wellbeing, and communications.
- Champion the ongoing development and enhancement of our People and Communications functions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Embed a systemic approach to culture, colleague experience, and wellbeing.
- Oversee strategic internal and external communications, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging.
- Advise the Executive and Senior Leadership Group on people, culture, and communications matters.
About you:
We're looking for an inspiring leader who combines strategic vision with hands-on delivery. You'll bring:
- Extensive senior-level experience in HR, leading strategy and transformation
- Strong background in organisational design and development, talent, L&D, and wellbeing
- Proven ability to drive People and Comms initiatives
- Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager
