Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an EC&I Department Head at TÜV Rheinland Group. The position is based in Stockton-On-Tees, with some work-from-home flexibility. The EC&I Department Head will oversee day-to-day operations, manage teams, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities include developing and implementing policies, conducting technical assessments, overseeing project execution, and maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Electrical, Control & Instrumentation Engineering (EC&I)
  • Proficiency in technical assessments and project management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proven ability to ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards
  • Effective communication and client relationship management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Relevant certifications and training in EC&I disciplines
