Vice President, Data Privacy

Support the Chief Privacy Officer and Global Privacy Office Directors to operationalize the Bank's data privacy strategy and management framework. Operate key enterprise-level data privacy policies/procedures, processes and controls. Support the deployment of data privacy management technology and tools (automation) to enhance data privacy controls. Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders when delivering these responsibilities (e.g. Legal, Compliance, business, technology). Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience Experience in a data privacy, data ethics or data risk and compliance role A strong Understanding of key data privacy laws in EMEA, e.g. EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulation (PECR) Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing requirements Team player with an open and collaborative approach to delivering required outcomes Financial services industry experience Data privacy certification(s) (e.g. CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT) and/or Global privacy program experience.
