Twelve Acres Cleaning
 is expanding and looking for an 
experienced cleaner
 to join our professional team. We specialise in 
block management and communal area cleaning
 across Surrey, A3 corridor and South West London, delivering a consistently high standard of service to property managers, landlords, and residential clients.

The Role

We're seeking someone reliable, detail-oriented, and confident working independently or as part of a small team. You'll be responsible for maintaining the presentation and hygiene of residential blocks and communal spaces to our exacting standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in 
    block and communal area cleaning
  • Full UK driving licence
     and 
    own vehicle
     (mileage paid)
  • Professional, punctual, and takes pride in their work
  • Able to work full-time, Monday to Friday

Twelve Acres Cleaning
 is looking for a professional and proactive 
Caretaker / Cleaner
 to join our expanding team. This hybrid role combines early morning caretaking at a residential estate in 
New Malden
 with daytime 
block and communal area cleaning
 across nearby sites.

The Role

The morning 
caretaking shift (7:00am–10:30am)
 involves:

  • Managing 
    traffic flow
     within the estate and preventing cut-through access
  • General 
    litter picking
     and tidying of communal areas
  • Light 
    gardening
     tasks such as sweeping leaves or maintaining planters
  • Acting as an 
    on-site contact
     for residents, ensuring the estate remains clean, safe, and well-managed

After 10:30am, the role transitions into 
block management and communal area cleaning
, maintaining the presentation standards our clients expect.

Requirements

  • Proven cleaning or caretaking experience
  • Full UK driving licence
     and 
    own vehicle
     (mileage paid)
  • Professional, reliable, and confident interacting with residents
  • Able to work full-time, Monday to Friday
