Company Description

About TTP

TTP is an employee-owned technology and product development consultancy, with a 40-year track record of helping ambitious clients solve complex challenges and bring innovative, commercially successful solutions to market.

We invent, design, and manufacture impactful products and technologies across a wide range of industries – including healthcare, life science, energy, and communications – and at the intersection of biology, physical science and engineering.

Our working culture encourages entrepreneurship, shared ideas and technical collaboration, while providing you with the freedom to do your best work.

Job Description

The Opportunity

This role provides the opportunity to shape how TTP attracts the next generation of talent. You'll lead the recruitment process for interns and graduates, from first engagement through to offers, ensuring an excellent experience for every candidate.

Alongside recruitment, you'll design and run our internship programme, plan and deliver early careers campaigns, and represent TTP at universities, student societies, schools and careers events. You'll also build lasting partnerships with external organisations while working closely with colleagues across the business to understand hiring needs and deliver on them.

With scope to bring fresh ideas and drive our early careers strategy, this is a varied and visible role where you'll ensure TTP continues to attract and nurture exceptional future talent.

What You'll Bring

  • A natural relationship builder who enjoys creating new connections and strengthening them over time – both internally and externally.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt your style and engage confidently with everyone from A-Level students, to undergraduates and postgraduates, to senior stakeholders.
  • Flexibility and resilience to balance multiple priorities, thriving in both busy and quieter periods of the recruitment cycle.
  • A conscientious and detail-focused approach, with the drive to take real ownership of TTP's early careers recruitment and make a visible impact.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to be fully on-site 5 days a week.

If you're excited by the opportunity to shape future talent and help the brightest students start their careers, we'd love to hear from you.
