About the role:
We're looking for an organised and proactive administrator to support the onboarding, management, and administration of our client network. Internally known as Client Administration Support, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone to gain hands-on administration experience supporting our InPost clients, while working with key stakeholders like Commercial, IT, Finance, and Legal.
What you'll be doing:
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure audit compliance
- Prepare and distribute client service agreements and variation letters
- Support onboarding of new clients and manage termination processes
- Coordinate legal contracts, import documentation, and rate reviews
- Manage client setup across platforms including Salesforce and our internal systems
- Collaborate with commercial teams to assess new client details
- Contribute to weekly team outputs and process improvements
- Participate in client admin projects and wider business needs
What we need from you:
- Previous admin experience in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail with some experience working on systems
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work within strict SLAs
- Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving approach
- Confident working with diverse stakeholders and balancing competing needs
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Professional under pressure and able to handle sensitive information
- Proficient in MS Office and open to learning new systems
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
