We're looking for an experienced and creative Senior Showroom Sales professional to join our busy bathroom showroom at Lords Builders Merchants in Ladbroke Grove.

You'll play a key role in helping both trade and retail customers design and build their dream bathrooms — combining your eye for design with your product knowledge and attention to detail. From first consultation through to order and delivery, you'll make sure every customer enjoys a smooth, inspiring experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Offering tailored product advice and design consultations to trade and retail customers
  • Using CAD software to produce layout plans and visuals
  • Preparing accurate quotes, processing orders, and managing aftersales queries
  • Maintaining an engaging, well-presented showroom environment
  • Working closely with the branch team to ensure orders are fulfilled on time
  • Occasionally visiting customer sites to understand requirements and build relationships

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in bathroom sales, ideally with design involvement
  • Strong product knowledge and awareness of current design trends
  • Confident user of CAD design software
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A proactive, well-organised approach and great attention to detail
  • Willingness to visit customer sites when required
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
