Rev & Regs are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to work for a dynamic and well-established Bank in Maidstone, Kent.

You will complete quality assurance reviews to ensure policies and procedures are being followed and collaborate with colleagues to identify process and control improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to a robust Quality Control framework to help manage Bank Operations activity, including Customer Service, Payments, and Financial Intelligence teams.
  • Complete quality assurance reviews on Bank Operations activity to ensure processes and policies have been adhered to.
  • Review case files, procedures, training documents, management information and governance.
  • Identify problem areas and risks associated with processes and make recommendations to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Produce management information for Senior Management in respect of quality which can be reported at committee meetings.

Experience:

  • Experience of working in Operational Quality Assurance for a financial institution or have relevant transferable skills and are keen to make a difference.
  • A sound knowledge of UK financial services regulatory environment.
  • Previous employment which includes Quality Assurance and regulated services.
  • Experience of providing feedback on quality matters.
  • Evidence of producing management information for Senior Management in respect of quality which can be reported at committee meetings.
  • Ability to deliver feedback and assist with training for teams as needed.
  • Someone willing to take ownership and work independently with minimal supervision.

Salary: £35,000 plus bonus

Location: Hybrid (3 days per week in Maidstone office)
