Legoland Windsor Resort is recruiting for a Kitchen Assistant to join our Hotel Kitchen Team in food preparation and service-related duties.

Weekend Availability
Various shifts with hours between 6am and 11pm

What does this role entail?
A day in the life of a Kitchen Assistant would include...
- Preparing a range of high-quality dishes for our guests in one of our hotel restaurants in an efficient and timely manner to all levels of employee across the resort
- Being confident in providing excellent menu knowledge and having the ability to adhere to allergen and dietary requirements where necessary
- Adhering to the highest standards of Health & Safety as well as Food Safety both with the products that are served and within the working environment
- Supporting with deliveries and ensuring stock is stored correctly and safely
- Working as part of a team to ensure the operation runs smoothly
What is required for this role?
Here are some desirable qualities for this role...
- Previous Food & Beverage or Hospitality experience is desired but full training will be given to the right candidate
- Food Safety qualifications desired
- Be able to remain calm under pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Be a great communicator both with peers as well as the managment team
- Be adaptable and flexible to support with business requirements
- Be approachable at all times with a positive can-do attitude and show willingness towards being a team player
