Senior Project Manager – Cybersecurity Operations

We are seeking a
Senior Project Manager
to join our
Cybersecurity Operations & Intelligence team
. This role will support strategic and tactical change initiatives on behalf of the Cyber ExCo and key control owners, ensuring projects are well-defined, delivered on time, and meet business expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project managers, control owners, and stakeholders to define clear business outcomes and requirements.
  • Attend governance forums and provide programme insight to ExCo and Steering Committees.
  • Capture and manage actions on behalf of ExCo members, ensuring timely closure.
  • Develop and support business case submissions.
  • Monitor programme progress, proactively identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure quality assurance across projects and articulate risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
  • Manage medium-sized projects across Build and Operate workstreams, supporting system integrations, product optimisation, and automated workflows.
  • Produce project plans, test plans, status reports, and operational process updates.
  • Align project activities with wider programme objectives and deliver successful outcomes on time and within budget.
  • Contribute to business transition plans and ensure smooth handover to BAU teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

Technical:

  • Strong experience delivering cloud-based solutions.
  • Proven technology delivery experience in complex organisations.
  • Business requirements definition and testing experience.
  • Business process documentation experience.
  • Excellent planning and reporting skills.

Soft Skills:

  • Able to work in fast-paced, changing environments with flexible workload management.
  • Support aggressive delivery timelines without compromising quality.
  • Strong stakeholder management, able to resolve technical queries and escalate when necessary.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
  • Facilitate escalations to senior management effectively.

Qualifications:

  • PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification preferred.
  • Experience working within cybersecurity operations or regulated environments is advantageous.
