We're hiring experienced FLT Drivers for a permanent role with a steady income, fixed hours, and real opportunities to grow at Bow Distribution

If you've got a valid counterbalance licence (reach is a bonus) and want to join a team that respects your skills, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

As an FLT Driver & Warehouse Operative, you'll be a crucial part of our operations:

  • Loading and unloading vehicles in a busy yard using your counterbalance skills.
  • Ensuring orders are read, understood, and accurately processed.
  • Operating handheld scanners (training provided) to track inventory.
  • Following set tasks and maintaining a fast pace to meet deadlines.
  • General Warehouse duties

What We're Looking For

  • A valid counterbalance licence (reach licence is an advantage), ideally refreshed within the last five years.
  • Literacy skills to read and process orders effectively.
  • Someone who can work independently, stay motivated, and adapt to a busy environment.
  • Comfortable working in a cold warehouse environment and yard, dressing warmly is key
