As an Advocacy Support Worker, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our clients, helping them navigate systems, understand their rights, and make informed choices about their care and support. You'll co-ordinate and facilitate group advocacy meetings, promote service user engagement, deliver information sessions and training, and work across various settings including acute inpatient mental health wards and supported living accommodation.

- Liaise with professionals and support teams
- Maintain accurate records, including minutes and monitoring reports
- Deliver training sessions to clients and service users
- Ensure GDPR compliance and uphold confidentiality
- Participate in team meetings, reflective practice, and service development
We're seeking someone who is values-driven, self-motivated, and confident working both independently and as part of a wider advocacy team.
?? Inspire Values
- Essential Criteria
- Proven experience of motivating, supporting or mentoring individuals with mental health needs
- Ability to work independently and use own initiative
- Competence in Microsoft Office and online systems
- Full driving licence and access to a car (business insurance required)
- Flexibility to travel regionally and occasionally work evenings/weekends
You'll Also Demonstrate Alignment With Our Core Values
- Inclusive - Putting the people we support first
- Passionate - Believing in what we do and why it matters
- Determined - Going the extra mile to make a difference
- Kind - Creating space for compassion, respect and dignity
- Honest - Acting with integrity, even when it's difficult
- Innovative - Bringing new ideas to life and championing change
?? Learning & Development
Inspire is proud to invest in its people. As part of your role, you'll have access to:
