We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Salon Commercial Co-ordinator to join our team. This pivotal role supports the day-to-day operations of our salon, ensuring smooth commercial performance, excellent customer service, and efficient administrative processes. You will work closely with the salon management team to drive business growth, manage stock and supplier relationships, and support the delivery of an exceptional client experience.
This is a part time position for 25 hours per week on a Monday, Tuesday and Thursday on a term-time only basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily salon operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service.
- Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships to ensure product availability.
- Monitor sales performance and support the implementation of promotional campaigns.
- Assist with staff scheduling, training coordination, and performance tracking.
- Maintain accurate records, including financial transactions, inventory, and client data.
- Support front-of-house duties during peak times, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Liaise with marketing and commercial teams to align salon activities with wider business goals.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a salon, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Commercial awareness and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and salon booking systems (e.g., Fresha).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable:
- Experience in stock management or sales reporting.
- Knowledge of beauty or haircare products and services.
