Computershare are currently looking to recruit a Senior IAM Developer to join Global Development Engineering within Computershare Technology Services.

This is a hybrid position primarily based in our Edinburgh office, centrally located in St Andrews Square.

  • Innovation - You will be part of a digital transformation project that is leading the way in changing how we operate as an organisation.
  • Career Progression - Great opportunity for a Senior or high performing Mid-level engineer looking for the next challenge to build a high functioning team from the ground up in partnership with the IAM Lead.

  • Contribute to development of standards, policies and organisational structure so that others can work both independently and collaboratively within your team and with key stakeholders.
  • Coaching and sharing knowledge with junior colleagues, guiding them and enabling them to contribute to the team's objectives.
  • Ensure the quality of tasks, services and information provided by your team – through the quality of your own work and the support you provide to others - to ensure that your team delivers high-quality, maintainable software which adheres to internal standards and policies.
