We're looking for a data driven and curious Paid Media Manager to drive growth for Sokin as we expand into new markets with new products. Primarily responsible for developing, optimising, and managing Sokin's paid media and organic search activity globally, in partnership with our performance marketing agency, this role will ensure that Sokin acquisition scales efficiently and effectively. Reporting to the Growth Marketing Director, this individual will play a critical role in taking Sokin to the next level across a variety of platforms and verticals. Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing Design & Optimisation
· Develop, launch and optimise digital marketing channels to acquire new end users and platform partners for Sokin.
· Dive into various ad platforms to launch and adjust campaigns, always bearing in mind the objectives of Sokin and the story being told by our data.
· Partner with our performance marketing agency to co-create strategies, constructively challenge and review plans.
· Brief in and assess creative, using customer pain points to craft compelling value propositions.
· Champion creativity and performance, from concept to results.
2. Ad Platform Understanding
· Test, iterate and scale into new platform opportunities, placements and capabilities.
· Asses the strengths and weaknesses of platforms and how they are best used to acquire different sizes of businesses, across multiple industries in a range of countries.
· Showcase innovation that may or may not have worked, with the insight to know when to iterate and when to stop and move on.
3. Data & Performance Analytics
· Utilise data to build a story to make a business case.
· Provide regular performance reports to marketing leadership and key stakeholders.
Key Requirements
· Drives projects forward, used to building from the ground up to hit KPIs.
· 3+ years of hands-on experience in paid media and organic search across Google, Meta and other major platforms.
· Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns.
· Fintech, payments, or global B2B/B2C experience is a plus but curiosity and drive matter the most.
· Strong collaboration skills, working closely with Sales, Partnerships, and across the marketing team.
· Able to work independently with a glass half full approach to tackling challenges and opportunities.
