Honest Greens is a fast-casual restaurant lifestyle brand born in Barcelona in 2017. Our philosophy is simple: real food should be for everyone. That means fresh, seasonal ingredients that are unprocessed, ethically sourced, and free from additives or preservatives.

Our menus are vibrant and plant-forward, while also catering to a wide range of lifestyles and dietary needs — from vegetarian to keto and beyond. We blend culinary craftsmanship with transparency and community, supported by smart technology that makes healthy eating easy and accessible.

With around 30 restaurants across Spain and Portugal — and ambitious expansion plans throughout Europe — Honest Greens continues to grow while staying true to its mission: making real food living affordable, enjoyable, and honest. This is what we call: Eat Real.

What you'll be doing

  • Welcoming and engaging guests with warmth and enthusiasm.
  • Running food, clearing tables, and maintaining a clean and organised restaurant.
  • Handling till operations and processing orders quickly and accurately.
  • Managing delivery and collection orders, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
  • Supporting your team with stock checks, restocking, and cleaning tasks.
  • Following all food safety, allergen, and hygiene standards.
  • Working flexibly across different roles to ensure smooth service.

What we're looking for

  • Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Full-time availability (45 hours per week).
  • Ability to work at a pace in a busy environment.
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or retail is a plus, but not essential.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and pride in delivering great service.
