Join our team and you'll be responsible for leading our Data & AI product area as a visionary Product Director, playing a pivotal role in building best-in-class, intelligent job seeker and recruiter experiences that drive successful hires.

Working in the Product department, you will lead a team of Product Managers at the forefront of innovation, harnessing the power of data and AI to build and deliver meaningful products that help millions of job seekers find their dream job.

You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody.

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers, ensuring best practices in product discovery, strategy, and execution are nurtured and shared across the team
  • Define and evangelise the product vision and strategy for our data platform and data products, championing a culture of innovation and hypothesis-driven development
  • Partner effectively with Data Science research and Engineering to shape our overarching data and AI strategy, ensuring our user product roadmap aligns with and leverages our data and AI infrastructure capabilities
  • Own the delivery of exciting, new data and AI products to power new user experiences in our marketplace, enabling your team to proactively explore data and emerging AI trends
  • Serve as a key strategic voice in the product leadership team, translating complex technical concepts and opportunities into clear business value and presenting effectively to senior stakeholders
Qualifications

Your skills and qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in product management with 3+ years of experience managing and developing a team of Product Managers, plus degree-level education in a scientific discipline or relevant industry experience
  • Proven track record of launching end-to-end successful data products from inception to market adoption, with extensive experience building and scaling products that leverage AI/ML to solve complex user problems
  • Strong background in data with solid understanding of data infrastructure, architecture, data transformation and democratisation in cloud environments
  • Deep understanding of experimentation (A/B testing) methodologies and interpretation at scale, with outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Innovative thinking with inspirational and persuasive leadership abilities, able to thrive in dynamic environments and energize teams while fostering positive culture
