Demonstrate commercial excellence, ensuring responsible, sustainable stewardship of our organisation.
Apply strong commercial acumen to drive new business growth, identifying opportunities to expand our services, partnerships, and member base.
Inspire and motivate a dedicated team of 10 staff, lead and encourage a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Champion our values of fairness, inclusivity, and community-driven finance.
About the Role:
As our next CEO, you will:
Lead WCCU's strategic development in line with the Board's ambitious plans for growth.
Enhance financial sustainability and explore new pathways for innovation and expansion.
Build and nurture strategic partnerships across the region.
Ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and effective risk management
Advocate for our members and promote the positive impact of credit unions.
Why Join Us?
This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a well loved and respected community organisation. You will be supported by a committed Board and passionate team who believe in the power of ethical finance to improve lives.
