This role is suited to an experienced Employment Partner to be based in London with hybrid working arrangements

Role
Helping lead an experienced team that continues to expand across the firms' offices, with clients and work centred in London
Work with clients ranging from institutional clients, global businesses, SME's, start-ups and high-net-worth individuals.
Work on a range of employment matters to support client growth or expansion; from mergers and acquisitions, refinancing, TUPE transfers, large scale re-organisations, Employment Tribunal and High Court claims (including Board/founder disputes), 

You
Senior 10+ years PQE lawyer to build your own offering from an existing book of business.
Experienced in working alongside early-stage and fast-growth businesses
Ability to lead and work well with others along with balanced judgment, common sense, initiative and the capacity to confront and resolve a variety of situations.
Have an entrepreneurial passion for fast growth markets
Proactive business development in evolving markets
