Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Operations Assistant Apprentice role based in Bromley. The apprentice will assist in managing daily operational tasks, including scheduling, overseeing logistics processes, and maintaining communication with clients and partners. Responsibilities include supporting the operations team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and in alignment with company standards. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in logistics and operations in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

  • Skills related to Operations and Operations Management to ensure smooth and efficient logistical processes.
  • Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving, data interpretation, and decision-making.
  • Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with team members, clients, and global partners.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced logistics environment.
  • Basic understanding of freight forwarding and global trade is an advantage but not required.
