The Role
We're looking for a skilled and motivated IT Engineer with at least 2 years of experience in IT support and systems management. You'll be part of a friendly, knowledgeable team providing remote and on-site support to our client base. This role is ideal for someone eager to develop their skills within a dynamic and growing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support to end users via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 (including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams).
- Manage user accounts, devices, and security through Active Directory or Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows desktops, laptops, and servers.
- Troubleshoot and support Microsoft Office applications.
- Assist with IT system upgrades, migrations, and project rollouts.
- Maintain documentation of system configurations and client environments.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support or engineering role (MSP experience advantageous).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and Entra ID.
- Excellent understanding of Windows 10/11 and common hardware troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, networking fundamentals, and remote management tools.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence (desirable for on-site visits).
