This is a high-impact role where you'll be the face of quality hosting audits, engaging with customers, and driving continuous improvement across production and systems. You'll lead a small team and collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality policies aligned with ISO 9001, 13485, 14001 and 45001
- Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments
- Lead customer quality initiatives and manage complaints
- Support site Health & Safety (NEBOSH desirable, training provided)
- Deliver training and performance reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in quality management within manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, PFMEA, PPAP, and lean principles
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Confident with Microsoft Office and quality systems
