Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our vibrant team. Duties

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks according to established recipes and standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
  • Engage with customers, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Handle food preparation tasks, including the assembly of pastries, while adhering to food safety guidelines.
  • Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Previous barista experience is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of coffee preparation techniques.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Excellent serving skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
  • Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods.
