About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and reliable Delivery Drivers to join our expanding logistics team based in Croydon. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are motivated, punctual, and take pride in providing excellent customer service.

Drivers can use their own van or rent one through us, with competitive pay rates, guaranteed hours, and performance bonuses available.

Requirements

  • Right to Work document (passport, residence permit, or share code)
  • Valid UK Driver's Licence (Manual or Automatic – see eligibility below)

Licence & Eligibility

  • Licence Type: Manual UK Driving Licence (Category B)
  • Automatic Licence: Accepted if you are using your own van
  • Driving Record: Points and minor offences may be accepted, subject to background checks
  • Minimum Age:

18+ years if using your own van

19+ years if renting a van through us

Vehicle Information

  • Minimum Vehicle Size: SWB (Short Wheel Base)
  • Company Van Rental: £260 per week (includes insurance; deducted from pay)
  • Fuel Costs: Paid upfront by the driver; 21p per delivery mile reimbursed (based on route tracking app data)
  • Equipment Provided: Smartphones and uniforms available for a small fee (deducted from invoice)

Working Arrangements

  • Contract Type: Freelance, Full-time, or Part-time
  • Guaranteed Hours: Yes
  • Note: Drivers working fewer than 3 days per week must use their own vehicle
  • Shift Options:

6:00 AM start – 6-hour shift

11:30 AM start – 10-hour shift

Pay & Benefits

  • Pay Schedule: Weekly (paid 3 weeks in arrears)
  • Daily Rates:

£130 per day – 6-hour shift

£170 per day – 10-hour standard route

£180 per day – 10-hour large van route

Average Deliveries: Approximately 150 stops per day
