THE ROLE:

We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Female Care Worker to join our dedicated team. You will be the heart of our service, providing essential support to our service users within their homes and the wider community.

This post is exempt under the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1, as a Genuine Occupational Requirement (GOR) for a female worker to provide personal care to female service users.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Deliver person-centred personal care, including support with bathing, dressing, and continence management.

· Safely administer medication in accordance with individual care plans and company training.

· Provide companionship and emotional support.

· Escort service users on social outings and to appointments.

· Perform light domestic duties to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.

· Maintain accurate and timely records of care provided.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

· A compassionate, reliable, and respectful individual.

· Previous professional experience in a care setting.

· A full, valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle.

· The right to work in the UK.

WHAT WE OFFER:

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 37.50 per week
