• Lead and support a team of engineers responsible for the design, prototyping, testing, and integration of power electronics hardware for complex systems.

• Design electronic equipment that ensures the safe, reliable, and efficient integration of products into launch platforms and command systems.

• Oversee development of circuits and sub-systems supporting Launch Management, datalink, and communications systems.

• Contribute to all stages of the engineering lifecycle — from concept feasibility and technology assessments through to certification and production transition.

• Experience or interest in leading and mentoring engineers, with the ability to delegate effectively and provide technical guidance.

Desirable:

• Experience in power electronics for high-energy or precision control applications.

• Exposure to design proving, verification, and qualification testing.

• Familiarity with product lifecycle processes and transition to production.

• Strong organisational and leadership skills with a passion for technical excellence.

What's in it for you:

• Up to £2,500 company bonus (performance-based).

• Pension scheme with total contributions up to 14%.
