About the Ro**
le As an Engagement Manager, you'll act as the trusted link between our customers and Cegal's delivery teams, ensuring services are aligned to business goals and contractual commitments are met. You'll oversee the full lifecycle of customer contracts, from initiation through renewal, while continuously seeking ways to improve performance, increase efficiency, and deliver added val
ue.
You'll combine commercial awareness, operational understanding, and relationship management skills to ensure each customer engagement runs smoothly, delivers measurable outcomes, and supports long-term succ

- ties Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, managing relationships and expectations across the engagement lifec
- ycle.Monitor and manage contract performance, ensuring service levels, commitments, and outcomes are achi
- eved.Coordinate internal teams across Sales, Delivery, Operations, and Finance to maintain alignment and operational contin
- uity.Identify opportunities for improvement and value creation, including service enhancements and efficiency g
- ains.Support financial performance by tracking contract profitability and contributing to renewal and upsell discuss
- ions.Represent the customer internally, ensuring their needs and feedback are translated into meaningful ac

- ameworksFamiliarity with ITSM platforms, cloud services (Azure, AWS), and tools like ServiceNow, Salesforce, Power BI, a
