About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Reconciliation Business Analyst to join our team and support the end-to-end delivery of reconciliation automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with business teams, translating requirements into technical deliverables, and supporting deployment and post-production activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with business teams to gather detailed requirements for reconciliation automation and develop clear use cases to validate and refine those requirements.
  • Conduct gap analysis and create comprehensive documentation covering use cases, business processes, user needs, and acceptance criteria.
  • Document workflows, data mappings, allocation rules, auto-match rules, and other reconciliation logic as part of solution design.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure all relevant documentation (User Stories, BRDs, FRDs) is prepared and maintained.
  • Prepare release notes and coordinate deployment and release activities with both technology teams and business stakeholders.
  • Provide support during post-production deployment, addressing issues, concerns, and ensuring smooth transition into BAU.

Requirements

  • Experience in reconciliation processes, automation, or financial operations is highly desirable.
  • Strong documentation and analytical skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams.
  • Experience in Agile environments is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
