The hours for this post are full time, Monday to Thursday 9am – 5pm, Friday 9am - 4.30pm

An exciting opportunity has become available for a skilled and enthusiastic registered professional to join the management team of the mental health and recovery service within East Renfrewshire HSCP. As the Operations Manager for Mental Health and Recovery you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Manager to ensure a high quality of service delivery to individuals, their families and carers who are impacted by mental health, drugs and alcohol. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting an inclusive culture and ensuring compliance with all local and national governance agendas. They will have excellent communications skills, be able to evidence strong leadership and the ability to apply expert knowledge to inform complex decision-making in high pressure situations.
