Statutory & Tax Reporting Manager – Drive Global Impact

Statutory & Tax Reporting Manager
to take ownership of statutory reporting, tax filings, and audits across a dynamic international business.

This is your opportunity to lead end-to-end reporting cycles, partner with major external advisors, and make a real impact on how a global organisation meets its regulatory and statutory obligations.

What You'll Do

  • Take full ownership of the
    statutory reporting and tax filing cycle
    across multiple entities.
  • Manage relationships with
    external auditors and advisors
  • Oversee
    timely and accurate
    completion of statutory accounts, SFS, CIT, and VAT filings.
  • Act as the
    go-to expert
    for statutory and tax reporting matters.
  • Review and sign off on key
    SOX controls
    related to tax computations.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver smooth audits and submissions.
  • Identify process improvements and embed a
    continuous improvement mindset
    across the team.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to deliver excellence.

About You

  • You have solid experience managing
    statutory reporting and tax processes
    in a complex, multi-entity environment.
  • ACA, ACCA Qualified Accountant
  • You're confident liaising with
    auditors, tax advisors, and cross-functional teams
    .
  • You combine a meticulous eye for detail with strong project management and stakeholder skills.
  • You bring leadership, accountability, and a passion for improving processes and outcomes.
